Directions

Step 1

In Large bowl add Brown sugar, Hot water mix it well.

Step 2

In the same bowl add following ingredients eggs, olive oil, himalayan salt mix well.

Step 3

Add following ingredients all purpose flour mix it well

Step 4

In the same bowl add baking soda, baking powder, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, all spice, ground nutmeg mix it until combined.

Step 5

Add grated carrots, chopped dark chocolate stir it well and the batter its thick.

Step 6

(STEP: 2) Crumbles: In separate bowl add following ingredients melted unsalted butter, instant coffee, brown sugar, himalayan salt mix it well.

Step 7

In the same bowl add all purpose flour stir it well and set aside.

Step 8

(STEP: 3) Bake: Apply butter in a cake pan.

Step 9

Add step 1 mixtures in the cake pan.

Step 10

Add step 2 mixtures in the cake pan.

Step 11

Cook/bake the cake in medium heat for 55 minutes or place in the oven 350f/175c.

Step 12

Cool down cake in the pan for 45 minutes before removing the cake from the pot.

Step 13

(STEP: 4) Cream Cheese Frosting: In medium bowl add hot water, instant coffee mix it well.

Step 14

In the same bowl melted unsalted butter, brown sugar, cream cheese, himalayan salt mix it well.

Step 15

Spread the frosting evenly over the top of the cake.

Step 16

Serve immediately with a cup of coffee.
